Frank Moxam Photo Contest: Pictures for this years contest must be submitted by Feb 29th. The contest is open to all members and their families, excluding the judging panel. Please submit 8”x10” prints in either colour or black and white, non-digitally enhanced, on a nautical, maritime or CPS theme.
